Bollywood actress Asin is a model and a stage performer. She made her acting debut with the Malyalam movie in the year 2001, the flick was directed by Sathyan Anthikkad's.


Asin has also done a Telugu movie in the year 2003, the movie brought her Filmfare Award for the best Telugu actress. In the year 2005, Asin was entitled with South Filmfare Award for Best Actress in her Tamil movie Ghajini where in she played the lead role. Charming Beauty Asin made her Bollywood debut with the movie Ghajini, in the year 2008. The flick was a remake of of its Tamil namesake wherein she played the role of Kalpana. Her wonderful performance brought her Filmfare Best Female Debut Award. In Ghajini , she appeared with Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan.

You would be amazed to know that, Noted critic Taran Adarsh describes her Hindi debut as "fabulous". He praised Asin by by saying that, she looks fresh and photogenic and acts her part brilliantly. Sweet and Charming girl Asin then appeared in Vipul Shah's London Dreams, other starscast of the movie was Salman Khan and Ajay Devgan. Asin played a member of a five-troupe band in the movie. Presently, the actress is looking forward for her upcoming movie 'Ready' with Salman Khan.
