I love this shirt, its so casual and comfortable and so easy to wear.
Just throw it on over jeans, on its own in summer with pumps, with heals and bare legs in the evening or just with tights like this.
I find it interesting what a difference heels make. I wear this shirt with flats/pumps and it just completely transforms the look
