ShoeDazzle to GO RED for Women in February 2010

Hello Fashionistas!

Due to the overwhelming success of our first cause marketing campaign for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I am excited to announce our next campaign coming up in February 2010: Go Red for Women! For more information, visit: http://www.goredforwomen.org

"Go Red For Women celebrates the energy, passion and power we have as women to band together to wipe out heart disease and stroke.

Thanks to the participation of millions of people across the country, the color red and the red dress now stand for the ability all women have to improve their heart health and live stronger, longer lives."
Did you know?
Heart disease is the No. 1 killer of women in America. In fact, more women die of cardiovascular disease than the next 5 causes of death combined. That’s including cancer!
We are in the process of selecting the perfect red pump for which we will donate 10% of the proceeds to the American Heart Association to support the following:
  • Medical research
  • Awareness and education
  • Community programs to help women live longer, stronger heart-healthy lives.
Help us get the word out to the press about our upcoming campaign in support of Go Red for Women in February and National Wear Red Day on February 5th so we can contribute to the important fight against heart disease!

An oxford is a style of leather shoe with enclosed lacing. Oxford shoes are traditionally constructed of leather and were historically rather plain. Until this season, at least for the ladies.
