Attention Blogaholics

If you are like me, you can spend a LOT of time reading others' fascinating blogs. But there is a better way to do this. I was introduced to this by one of Valley Girl's readers, and I have been forever grateful as it makes keeping up on your fave blogs much easier.

Not that it makes you be on Blogger any less...

The amazing mechanism is called Google Reader at www.google.com/reader. It allows you to subscribe to as many blogs as you want, and it will show you all the new posts, much like your e-mail inbox. You can unsubscribe to any blog you want if along the way you decide to not read them anymore. PLUS, you even get to read the posts that people delete. They will forever remain on Google Reader. Ah, bliss.

Thank goodess for Gossip Girl

When all of my other favorite shows are running re-runs because of the writer strike, I still have my Gossip Girl, which has somehow managed to still be airing new episodes every week. Last night, I saw that it was sadly a Private Practice re-run, but I flipped to Gossip Girl and was pleasantly surprised to see that it was BRAND NEW! I ran to the gym at my apartment complex (hooray for finally having a TV in there!) and watched a fabulous, fresh episode. Thank you, Gossip Girl for churning out new shows and fantastic fashion.

Hair...

Up close & personal look at the color...

... and the cut.

I did it!

I've been stressing a bit lately with major work decisions and life in general so I did what a girl's got to do to de-stress. I got my hair did. It was uber-relaxing waiting for the color (darker!) to set while reading some material to get me set for an IMPORTANT, nerve-wracking interview tomorrow. I channeled Reese's bangs (again, I also did them last year about this time) and Voila! It's a new me, and I like it.

I know you are dying to see it, and I just might post you a picture sometime soon.

Stylin': Reese Witherspoon

I had such overwhelming response from those who love Reese Witherspoon as much as me that I decided to do a post on her classy style. I have enjoyed watching her act since I was a young girl when I watched the Man in the Moon (her movie-acting debut), and some of my favorites include Sweet Home Alabama, Just Like Heaven, Walk the Line, Legally Blonde 1 & 2... She's fabulous!
